I am excited to be at the D6 Conference in Dallas. The conference is based on the philosophy that the family, not the church, should be teaching and training kids to love and follow God. Before you get the wrong idea, I will let you know that the church still plays a role in that process, just not the most prominate role. In fact, the Bible never says the church is raise up kids to follow God! The Bible does say that it is up to the parents. I will write more later. What do you think of this idea?

One week after spring break Reality Check will be heading south to Oklahoma City for the Student Life Conference “LiveLove”. The conference is on Friday & Saturday. We will leave on Friday morning and will return on Sunday evening. The focus of the weekend is discipleship. Do we really live a life of love? Do we really show others we care about them? Anyone grades 7-12 is invited to join us for this exciting weekend. AND please consider asking your parents if they would sponsor or drive. This trip will not be possible without them.
